People who don't respect other people's time have always been a bane for me, too! Thankfully it's over now.

FSI......

You caught me when I'm feeling just a bit guilty for not assisting a certain person more than I do or want to do because I'm not certain of the need for help.   I have a problem with that now and then.

Yes, well ones good nature becomes stressful at such times. A bit difficult to cure without doing it the hard way.

Good Afternoon

FSI, I would have to say that Fred was not the best friend to have.  I'm glad he got his own ride.  I wonder if he ever changed?  For his sake, I hope so.  Stay warm!  It's freezing!

I think he would have been left behind a couple of times. And I love the way you phrased it. People who do not respect other people's time.  My Mother used to leave her sisters when they were late.  Sometimes it is helpful to teach a lesson to our friends.

After making me late for the second or third time, I would have told Fred how I really felt about his, "nonchalant, only person in the world attitude." Either he was totally clueless or entitled, both can be a deal breaker when it comes to being a good friend that has your back.
