I know how you feel. Jim is so unwell and now his insurance has run out no nursing staff will come to the house and we are left in a bit of a mess at the moment.

It's gotta be tough with Mother unwell. I do hope she can feel a bit better soon. Glad you have ideas on the back burner, so to speak.

Poor Mum she has had bad luck. Once the doctor would have called, it is really tough now.
