This is tricky. I suppose some animals would gang together and try to scare a predator way from the selected hopefully safe patch. Just an observation Pat we have three walnut trees near by and the squirrels are running around as though it is Spring. One was quite near to me I would not be surprised if they discover the bird feeders. We have rain instead of snow.🌺

No he must understand his parents know what is best! I love your squirrels and tell mine all about their adventures. They sometimes stop and listen but aren't tame like my Canadian one's were!

This is so a cute series. She chose the right squirrel to make a home with. Roscoe better keep his eye on that tomcat. Hopefully, the girl he has his eye on will talk some sense in him. Stay warm and enjoy your day.
