I’m sorry your day went a little sideways. You were packing in a lot during the time allotted. Whew! May today go better. 🌹

Goodness Sam if I had to do all those things after rolling out of bed I would be ready to go back again. One of my constant exercises is to stop the stray cat from running in and jumping on my chair, or running upstairs to try to tear up the stair carpet.

Not only that but another one is trying to work its way inside.

I suppose one has to put up with some things, rats would be worse

I have got one of those stretch gadgets, Take it slowly at first I guess.

I notice the man across the road has put up some decorations.

Last year he had an inflatable Snowman but it get shrinking. 🌺😊

You are a busy woman. There is nothing worse than having my routine off kilter. It can definitely cause mishaps. Being aware of that is a big help in avoiding them. I have veggie juice smoothies a few times per week. I make mine with V-8, carrots, spinach, avocado, and cucumbers. Once in a while I toss other veggies in the mix if I have them on hand.

That is a busy day you had there...I have interacted with a few people who are non-verbal at The Agency. Their eyes tell me a lot.

A big day my darling, a very big day. I was tired before I started reading, now I feel worse.LOL> Re the Mother who has given up!! Possibly the person i loved most in the World, my beloved Wendy did that. She had one session of Chemo and ended in the hospital for the night because it was rough. So that was it and she died before the years end. I took awhile to forgive her. She never could take discomfort. The cancer got out of hand because she kept refusing a Colonoscopy. Anyway that was 21 years ago and of course i am come to terms with it all, it was her voyage, but like Your son in laws Mother, there is something selfish in giving up and the death is often just terrible.

Good Evening

Oh my, you had quite a bit on your mind and lots to do.  I find it amazing that you do all your exercises on a regular and timely basis.  I was a bit under the weather and went into the living room to sit down on the couch.  I instantly fell asleep and slept for about an hour.   I got up and did a few things around the house, and went back and sat down on the couch, and I fell asleep again for about another hour.  I have never done anything like that before.  If I do fall asleep, it's no more than an hour.  My doctor did call a prescription in for me, but I won't be able to pick it up till tomorrow.  I had a bad coughing spell, and my daughter told me to go to the bathroom and turn on the shower to hot.  I just sat in the bathroom, and it was like a steam bath.  I finally stopped coughing, and I feel a bit better.  I'm now sitting in front of the computer with Vicks on.   My granddaughter locked her keys in her car at work and had to come here.  Her boss dropped her off.  It's been quite a day for everyone.  When any of the kids are in trouble, they head for Grandma's.

I'm going to say prayers for your son-in-law's Mom!  I'm sending her blessings, too.

I hope you have a good night's sleep.
