Re: g

Sam444, I've never checked Barnes and Noble.  Thanks for the tip!  I'm going to check them out.  I love how you search for presents for your kids.   I hope your air clears up, and I hope you have a good evening.  I got my blankets washed and my pillow cases too.  It's going to be cold tonight.  On nights like this, I make sure my heated mattress pad is on.  It will be nice when this cold is gone.

I like bookmarks from Barnes and Noble. I buy one every year for my daughter's 12 days of Christmas books. They have a great variety of bookmarks. I've looked at Amazon but some feel too cheap. I have got a metal rose and Sherlock Holmes off the site. Sorry about the cold weather and snow. I think right now I would take that over my 40's with air stagnation for the week. It's rough on breathing if you are outside for a longer period of time.

Re:

FSI, I think a new blanket keeps us toasty warm on a cold winter night!

There is nothing like a new blanket, I say.

Re:

Sherri, it's funny how fast the weather can change right in the middle of winter.  Our sun is shining too, but we've got lots of snow on the ground.  It looks like it's windy too.  Enjoy your day.

Re:

BearcatMike, I'm always afraid I'm going to miss something if I let my emails back-up.  I hope the NyQuil and drink juices work.  I've been trying to drink a lot of liquids, including tea.  I hope you get a nap today!

I have to agree with Caesar. You can find almost anything on Amazon. Chloe and I got caught in a windy snowstorm yesterday in the mall parking lot that lasted about ten minutes. Today, all is calm, the sun is shining, and there is no sight of snow.

Wow, the weather here is back to normal. It's in the 40s, it goes to the mid-30s in the morning. I seldom clean out my emails. Which I need to do. My total is often in the 1000's. I have also been stuffed up this morning. Take care. I use NyQuil and drink juices.

Ya gotta have tools that work for you. No question. I hope your day is productive and cozy.

Goldiec.....

The hot-toddy and the nap sound really good to me (just anytime these days), but I can't even imagine going out on the town for shopping or anything else....and I don't even miss it.  I do my shopping now via laptop and visa card.  On my birthday in July of this year I will be the age that both Hursel & Rose were when they passed away.  Yes time flies.   I can so remember sitting on my Dad's lap and him telling me the fable of Aesop about the silly ant who fiddled all the pretty days instead of working and when winter came he had nothing to eat and no ant hill to keep him warm.
