Honestly, Colorado Springs has generally at least a little milder weather than either north or south of here, but actually moving would be a nightmare, so your decision is wise!

A nephew of mine who likes to cook got me started on a quickie recipe after Thanksgiving and I've made it several times because it is so easy for nibbling.
1/2 C canned or cooked sweet potatoes
2 Tbs Cocoa
1/4 C crunchy peanut butter
2 Tbs brown sugar
Mix together and form one patty or several small one
bake in oven or in microwave.....good little snack with coffee

Your neck of the woods is beautiful, especially with fresh snow, but I think I'll stay here in the flatlands where it's mostly boring and not very scenic, just because I can get around to take care of my own needs & shopping most days. Have a great day.
