Re: Sea Gypsy
A lot of the trouble, I think is that technology. has outpaced the folk that need really need it made simple. My sister managed to get an appointment . She wanted the Doctor to look at a a toe she has stubbed. Doctor just looked at the computer. 'Do you want a tranquilizer'? Or a home help.? You have been taking I think it was Diazepam for thirty years. No, AlrightÂ
Non cooperative.'

Imagine if when your refrigerator went wonky you had to wrestle it to the car and drive it to the appliance fixer.Â

I just went through this mess myself. I attempted to reschedule, but it appears that the doc's network likes to book people six months to a year in advance. It's best to get in at the first opening. 💊

I am so old I remember when the Dr. used to come out from the town about 20 minutes away, and come see me in my bed. I had Tonsillitis for several years until the Dr. took them out.Â

Good Evening
Getting in to see a doctor is not that easy anymore. You used to be able to call and get in the same week. It's not like that anymore. Â

My goodness, this comes under the heading of c'mon folks let's get it right! Frustrating. I was on the site of my insurance carrier to find a cardiologist since the one I have now is out of the network. Honestly it was a nightmare and I still haven't found one so I'll take the easy way and get my doctor to do a referral.Â

Overbooked abs taking new patients…yep, that the problem. I just booked a dermo appointment for July. It’s a battle either way insurances here but ours is not as bad as some. It was really good but…

All this technology can be frustrating when trying to accomplish the simplest steps toward getting medical (or other) services.Â
