I agree that lemons freshee n things up. I infuse my water and when I'm done with the lemons or limes I put then in the garbage disposal. We are starting to get cooler here. I was amazed at beauty if Squaw Butte with the sun glistening off the snow. I plan to tell the story behind the Butte in my post tonight. I would go crazy if I had to do laundry every day. I just have two loads a week. One is clothes and the other sheets.

I also like the crockpot - I have a small one since I'm the only one here most days. It brings tasty food and serves also to fill the house with appetizing scents.

Well, that's funny I love growing carrots, but I am not really fond of eating them. Well unless they are pulled screaming. 'We are too young.' When we were school kids during the war we used to look over the greengrocers stall; and select the largest carrot we could see I think they were one penny. Not being able to buy sweets it was the best compromise.🌺
