Wow, I had never thought about all the snack alternatives. I imagine after making the list I would have to go make something.

No, I expect you know what is quick and good for you. The trouble is I open jars of stuff and then forget it. Some things have such a short life. 🌺🦋

Yes I am following Sam's water advice I have some bottled water that comes from springs in Scotland. We are fairly lucky here our water comes from higher up the country. Some are not so lucky.    🌺

People eat too much ,it is a well known fact. Anyway I had a bowl of cornflakes for breakfast. Also being reckless two cups of water from the Highlands of Scotland.🌺😊🤭😀

You might keep a snack under the bed or within reach--pretzels maybe, or a carrot, or a bowl of ice cream...  🥨🥕🍨

Good Evening

I have to say, don't worry about your snack.  It will be morning before you know it, and you can pick something good then. When you first get up, remember to drink water.  Sam444 says it's very good for us. I drank water this morning when I first got up.  My grandson made me some peach tea today with honey, and it was delicious.  Have a good night and put extra blankets on the bed for the cold nights.

Oh, the decisions one has to make. Clever blog post. I personally think you should have a tablespoon of applesauce with teaspoon milled flax seed. It is good for the muscles. Take before you forget your watch at bedtime! Sweet dreams!

Your snack menu seems quite healthy and appealing. I can get by with a slice of bread and peanut butter, with a dab of honey. No big elaborate mess to clean up.
