It boggles my mind that people are so impatient. A stopped school bus with the red sign out means that the driver has told the kids it was safe to exit. People who cannot get that through their heads don't belong on the road in the driver's seat. I was riding with my neighbor once and she attempted to pass a bus with stop sign extended. I told her to stop. She kept going and I yelled at the top of my lungs "STOP THIS TRUCK NOW!" It was frightening. A two lane street where kids could ha e easily crossed in front of the bus.

Wow! People can be so clueless. I'm glad your neighbor was caught. A child could have been hurt or killed because he felt his life was more important.
