Sam I did have a gadget that one walked on. only it was so boring. I bought a stand which held a laptop so I could walk through leafy glades etc. I was great for a week or so.

Suddenly the belt I was walking began to move faster and faster I just managed to

scrabble off or I would  have crashed into the television. i have been inspired by your

fitness survival project. many folk move to bungalows as they age, fair enough but they the  miss the exercise of using the stairs. I must start more earnestly using my fixed pedal machine. I must count how many times I use the stairs . I keep meaning to do so.

It is always wonderful to read of people taking care of their health. Great job.

Very smart. I have heard that if you don't use it, you lose it. Before John had ankle surgery a few years ago, we were walking up to five miles several times a week. We still try to stay mobile, but it isn't as easy as it once was. I am jealous of your energy and your commitment to it. Keep on keeping on...Girl hug

Good girlie you are certainly doing all you can to have a long healthy life. I am still remarkably active when I want to be!! The one thing I have to do all the time is get down and pick up things from the floors. Jim drops stuff, everywhere and some I can sweep up or mop up but 'things'I often end on my knees or squatting and that is when I have to have table or bench etc to get myself up.

Good Evening

Wow!  I have to say you are very motivated.  I've had 3 Fitbits.  I accidentally flushed one down the toilet, another one broke, and one I lost.  What can I say??????
