You are so right about a family name and being morally responsible to uphold it positively. My grandfather was stationed in Hawaii when Pearl Harbor was attacked. I am so proud of my family's military background and our family name. I'm sure if I dug deep enough, I would find those skeletons, but for the most part, we are pretty good people.

How true.  And you can't really take anything back once done.  It is not easy to raise children and it is so important to set the right example for them.

We can set good examples and teach our children values. I think every family could find a bad seed if one looked long enough. Thank you for this. The girl must have felt awful.

All members of the family are a reflection and so to shine bright one must be bright. The link didn't work for me.

Some skeletons are bigger than others, and it may be a kindness to leave them locked in the closet rather than burden others with that knowledge. Peace.  🙏
