A Saviour is born! We are blessed wuth the gift of Christ. I believe giving gives great pleasure. I have a great neighbor, he has his health issues but he rakes my leaves and brings my garbage cans in and snowblows my driveway. He doesn't celebrate Christmas even though he's religious. As the years have gone on he accepts my gifts for helping me with less apprehension as when I first began. He loves Doritos and keurig coffee pods, folgers classic roast. Bottom line I get great joy in giving him what he likes!!

BearcatMike, I loved your post. It's awesome! I've spent my life making Christmas nice for my children, grandchildren, family, friends, and neighbors. The memories are priceless, and we are still making memories and enjoying good times. I've always loved Christmas from the time I was a little girl. I love reading about how my Blogit family celebrates with family and friends. The stories are priceless to me. Merry Christmas to you and your family!

I absolutely love this post. I get more joy out of giving than receiving. It cracked me up that you were informed that Santa would skip your house if you didn't get to bed. I never heard that one before, but it is a keeper.
