Well I only have stray cats just a couple to keep the rats away. A few months ago one of the cats developed a funny noise in its throat a travelling vet gave me some pills etc. It did not appear to cure anything so I rang through to three local vets and not one would take it on.
It was the last chance I have a cage type to carry cats and the first sight of. that and it was gone. I made up a barrel filled with hay and mercifully it crept in there and died
A couple of days later a youngish Tom cat approached really aggressively, it was very thin
and nervous having been chased away by Archie. It was its lucky day Archie was feeding another cat and that one suddenly disappeared. So Archie took pity on Arthur as he calls it.
Be careful you do not get locked out if no one is around. 🌺

Good Afternoon
I'm so glad you had a profitable show. That makes it very worthwhile. I'm sorry you got locked out of your house, but thankfully, Charlie had a key. The thought of going out in the cold and snow barefoot is almost more than I can take. Fortunately, getting the key didn't take long. I hope you have a wonderful holiday season.

I think putting a cat into a carrier is probably more complicated than simply opening the little door and inviting it to step inside. And they're too smart to fall for it if we put a treat in first. Long sleeves, sturdy gloves, and possibly earmuffs so the yowling doesn't hurt your ears. I like cats.

Congrats on the successful sales! What a drag getting locked out. I've done that as well. I put spare keys to the front and back doors in fake sprinklers. I have them marked with garden flags. I have key pad on the garage door and a hidden key to the entry door in the garage! I will be locked out again.
