Love this memory. I always felt like the people who grew up in the 40s and 50s were tough. I grew up in Ohio in the 70s, and when I played football, our school used the same uniforms and equipment from the 50s. It was definitely not warm. You have such an exceptional talent for storytelling. I enjoyed many a snow day off in OHIO. I love the way people came together as a community to help one another. Great story. I have always been fascinated by the Western states.

I loved the heavy Snow in Canada and she is so ready for Snow. The roads are kept driveable and it is compulsory to have your snow tires on your vehicle by now. I miss canada but we still have our bnow here today and I am enjoying it.

Fun times. That is the positive side of a snowstorm. I remember missing school when I lived in southern Oregon. There are quite a few snow make-up days here in Pennsylvania as well. ❄️

Good Morning
Pat, I love this memory. I think being snowed in can be lots of fun! A winter wonderland and no school. This is a dream come true!
