I'm sorry to hear that. 

I wrote an entire book on "Dealing With Grief" that was inspired by making posts here. Each of the ~95 chapters is about 650-1250 words, and I may start posting chapters here. You've probably guessed, but I've been collecting all kinds of quotes for years. I tried to bunch them together by subject, and that's how my segment on grief, and ultimately my book on it. 

This is the book description.

Everyone eventually ends up losing a loved one. A part of life is death. You are born, you live, and then you die. There is no changing that process. I will use quotes from books and philosophers on grief, then share my thoughts on the subject. Following a career of being a paramedic & then an ER nurse, I've seen my share of grief. I will do my best to give you the insights you need to work through your grief.

Everyone grieves differently, but you do not need to grieve alone.
