Thank goodness for the many creative geniuses who have shown us the various ways to enjoy potatoes over the centuries. I love them just about any way they are prepared. A fully loaded potato or mashed potatoes with gravy are the bee's knees, but fried potato o'brien, cheesy chili, French fries, and creamy scalloped potatoes fall closely behind. They are the ultimate go-to side dish that everyone loves. 🥔
