Re:

CCT, thank you so much!  I really felt good making someone's day, especially when they were having a difficult week.

I suppose most folk take it as the norm when a person is kind and helpful. Off course that is not so . It takes someone special and of course a little praise makes their day. Also it was kind of you to make the effort.🌺

That was very nice of you with bank employees. I like when it comes from the heart. It seems when I ask for help for any of my accounts they prompt for a review. I loved it that it came from the Lord from your perspective. Kudos to you!!!

Re:

FSI it was such a great experience for me.  To make someone feel better after having a hard week makes me happy.

It sounds like you found yourself a gem over the phone at the bank...It is great to be able to build up people, especially when they are having a hard week.

It's amazing how a small act of kindness can totally change a person's day, and sometimes their life. You are a kind person, so it comes as no surprise that you would do something nice for others. Enjoy your day. Regular smile

You're right. A good word makes for a good day.  Employees seldom get a "good job!" or a thanks from supervisors even though they often exceed the minimum requirements.
