.....What a lovely gift is a half of a dead rat. How sweet the cat appreciated you and your hospitality. Perhaps you can pass it on to the ones off to Australia. It is a long trip and they may need a travel snack.

Yes dear, but the weather has changed here since you were a little innocent/. We now have vineyards and water shortage and of course cold drinks. Also thousands of immigrants.🌺🌺

Thank you I dare not have it too warm or I will fall asleep. I don't think the bulbs would like cold wet soil. You could look up the best time to plant . I know if they are permanent they seem to be O.K. 🌺

You need a frost for those flowers, for sure. I'd love to plant some bulbs. It will have to stop raining first and it is chilly inside and out. I hope you get your heat working soon. That's no fun.

I hope all works out just the way you want it to. I'm hoping that you stay warm on these chilly nights. Cold nights are no fun if you can't get warm. We will be going down to freezing tonight with a chance of flurries. I loved your take on emails to Australia. How long will your neighbors be gone?

Interesting blog! I hadn't considered the idea that email would go through the earth instead of around it on the electronic signals that orbit via satellites. Sometimes I wish I were equipped with a witch's broom and the power to fly, no need for an oxygen mask - I could just circle above the earth or perhaps orbit the moon. But for now, it's earthbound and slow - not much magic at all.

poor love, it reads miserable. The two things I always found in the british isles, I always rains when you wish it wouldn't and bitter cold winters. Evidently the south pole has moved .
