Yes, it took about that long to compose it. Normally this would be the “skeleton” for poem that I would work on later. I am so glad you are writing and composing and if it seems slow to you to do so, congratulations on your finished product. It always is of high quality.

Good Morning
I love this poem! It gives hope for things to come. I have always loved photos and paintings of tall ships going out to sea to parts unknown. My imagination gets carried away, and I start thinking about their destinations and what ports they will stop at along the way. My mind takes me to stories of romance, pirates, and stories that need to be told. I could go on and on........
