I don't think ducks have a large memory, which is probably lucky for them. We have village near here it is called Ducklington I think that the reason may have been because the village pond had so many ducks. Most of the surrounding villages had ponds but I think they may of eaten the ducks..🌺

Your tree is adorable. I love your miniature nutcrackers. We don't set our tree up until December 15th. My theme features a red vintage farm truck with a freshly cut Christmas tree sitting in the bed. I'm happy that Pete is on the mend. I love animals. We have an animal habitat that welcomes all of the feathered and furry creatures who visit our yard. Our raccoons are a real hoot. They walk up to our door and sit up like dogs and beg for hot dogs and marshmallows. Despite their reputation, they are gentle creatures when treated with care.

Good Morning
I forgot to ask what size your tree is. We have a tree for the living room that's 7 1/2 ft., but I think having some smaller ones would be nice too. I would have to find spaces for them, though.

I'm so glad Pete is doing good. It's a nice way to start the day, thinking Pete is almost back to normal. I love your tree, and I think the ribbon/bow is perfect for the decorations. It matches it wonderfully! I love the idea of waking up to a lighted Christmas scene. I had to smile when I read about you waking up to a bright Christmas scene. That's a perfect way to start the day. I did what you said on my phone and enjoyed the close-up views. I hope you have a good day. We've got snow!
