It is sad what is going on in the world right now. I sure wish we could and would address the mental health issues plaguing our society.

I think we are living in troubling and dangerous times.  I'm so glad your family is coming for Thanksgiving!  I know you will have a wonderful holiday.

That is awful. Her family must be devastated. I don't know what's wrong with people. Safety is not something we can rely on in these uncertain times. Sad. On another note, I'm thrilled to hear that you will be enjoying a family gathering during Thanksgiving. We plan to gather as well.
