Re:
Oh I understand. This was at one of those Fantastic Cuts. So they charge less. It used to be color and cut was under 100. Sigh, gotta love those tariffs that have prices jacking all over the place.

So glad your hair came out great! It is expensive but worth it when it comes out how you like it.

My daughter is a hairdresser and that is what she charges. It's the going rate. What people don't understand is part of it is paying for the time hairdresser is working in the hair. The cost for color and how much has to be used is another factor. I order for the salon and it goes up so much. My daughter has cut her profit margin so her clients can afford the products. Then, it's a business that involves the utilities, rent and so forth. So many things factor into the service. I know it's sticker shock so to speak but the profit margin is less than 5% at my daughter's salon. I know this probably doesn't help I just wanted to give some clarity so you could feel better about paying that much. Just be sure to follow the instructions and use a good products to make it last. I'm sorry but I don't anyone to help you with a referral.

That is outrageous for the hair visit. My last one was way over #300.00 but that did include product. Hence my hair hasn't seen a hairdresser for about three years and won't be ever again I believe.

I hope the new hairdo is just what you wanted - ye gods, $221! I guess I'll just let mine stay white.
