So much about life is about honor and humility. Especially when you are in War. War reminds us of what the words tomorrow is not promised truly mean. Doing your best every day is the best way to live your life. No matter where you end up. Home is where you make it.

I liked fighting as a sense of duty. I suppose there will always be wars since we live in a world of good and evil which makes a sense of duty more important.

Your post and the poem reminds me that war is hell. Hollywood glorifies it but it is nothing like that.
