Well, I admit I am tired to death of cooking after a lifetime of it. Jim, even now that he is sick, loves to cook, and it gets him up and doing something, which is also good.

How funny on the spray bottle! Personally I love it when my daughter brings me food even though like you I am capable! I love your blogs. By the way I don't ride my Penny Farthing much anymore because the traffic in the city is horrible.  When I move I will be on a dead end street that is rather, a quarter mile I believe so I should be able to get back on it again.

I know you do a proper job of thanking your sister-in-law for inviting you for a meal. And I'd be surprised if you didn't invite her and Archie to eat with you from time to time. Seems to me men who cook do a better job of it than women like me who got tired of cooking after decades of feeding a family. Simple and easy is just fine with me these days.

Good Afternoon

I think it's awesome that you have a plan for making tasty dishes.  The fish and chips sound really good to me.  It is nice for someone to cook for you once in a while.  I hope you enjoy your evening.
