My family loves baked beans. I cook them slowly in the oven with brown sugar, onions, and lots of spices.

I used to eat such spicy hot food!. Then I began to suffer eventually and discovered I have a massive stomach hernia, where most of my stomach is sitting behind my diaphragm, and now I can only eat pretty ordinary food and hardly any meat.
