Well Ciel I bought the Oxford Shorter English Dictionary It was £5 a princely sum I had to order it from a book shop. It is so darned heavy I rarely use it preferring the large well extra large print Collins. Or you of course. 🌺

Good Morning
I love the written word. When I was in school, I spent a lot of time at the library. My house is filled with books.

I never knew words were removed! You make excellent points. When my were growing up we had a loft library. When we moved to Idaho I had to donate many of them with the exception of their cherished childhood books. My daughter is putting together her own home library. I do 12 days of Christmas and she gets books. This year I got her the complete works of Sherlock Holmes, a silhouette of Holmes, another leather bookmark with a quote and the awesome magnifying glass. She is going to be excited! I so enjoy your blogs!
