I got mine back in September. I still went to the pharmacy. I'm there all the time picking up medications for my dad. I'd rather someone else do it than trying to figure out this at-home Flumist thing.

.....This reminds me that I have just been ignoring the subject of flu vaccines and shots and hoping the whole subject would just go away. Down deep I know that I had better get on the ball and roll.

When I get any vaccine now my Covid arm shot lights up for days!
