Yes, they've begun a slow slide towards leaflessness here where we have not yet had temps below the 40s, but some are already very determinedly yellow and red!

As I remember it, the courteous response is, "Peace and long life."
In the same vein--When someone burps or otherwise expels gas, we say "Gezundheit!"
When someone sneezes, I've been saying, "May the Force be with you!"
