I think I gave most of it away. My brother at that time said he would prove one could make wine out of anything. He made or started to make some from brussels sprouts. The smell was awful, he had to admit defeat and pour it away.

Yes somehow they taste more creamy no fertilizer. The old folks here would make wine from most things even runner beans it tasted scented.🦋

I think having potatoes stored for the winter in a nice dry space is like money in the bank. My uncle used to make homemade wine. It was very good.
