I hope you enjoy your birthday and that the coming year brings all good things. I'm guessing you are in good shape for it and will blow out all your candles, so as to make your wish come true.

It is possible that the person who ordered the food didn't have transportation, a license, or extra money for a tip. Many people live on a budget, but they still have to eat.
