If you enjoy it, having one glass of wine in the evening, either with your meal or before bed, can be beneficial. Just be sure to put the bottle out of reach after pouring your drink

One small glass of wine could be a comfort. More than that could ring down trouble. As for pink lemonade, no thank you. A bit of ice water will do what needs doing. I hope your day goes well. Peace.
