I wonder if your disk is full or the email one can wipe them, but there are other things if you were in attack mode sometimes the little battery gives up the ghost. I did not know until I was shown. The same old thing dear, if you were here I would give you one . I have three and a laptop All work perfectly it is the owner that needs a new battery.🌺

I'm sorry you are having a bad day. A computer acting up when you need it can have that effect on the owner when it isn't cooperating. I went through this dilemma for almost a year until I couldn't take it anymore. I had Windows 10, which was no longer supported, and updates were not taking, so I bit the bullet and purchased a new modem, mouse, and keyboard from Best Buy. I have an extra-large monitor on my desk that I wanted to keep, which saved me a lot of money. It cost me $498.00 for the trio. Keeping up with the latest technology is not cheap, but since we manage all our finances through the computer, updating was the smartest thing to do. I hope you get everything sorted out.Â

They are so handy, until they aren't. When they don't act like we want them to act, the frustration is REAL!

Pat......
......I seem to have gotten this one calmed down a bit after getting kicked off five or six times. Each time I learned something not to do and a couple of things to do and have been using it at several sites.  Guess I'll hang on to it a bit longer.

It might take a week or 10 days for you to adapt to the new ways of doing the old things on your computer. Worth it to have something that works. And you could call in the geek squad from Best Buy to install and set it up for you - and explain what's what. You're a smart woman, just nervous about new technology. Don't give up!
