I do try and have a read each day, I think it settles one somehow. We are having dry days again it is so frustrating we had put the hoses away but it looks like a return to watering again. I wonder how large is your plot. Years ago folk had large gardens as they grew mostly  there own produce but now it is a thing of the past well cars take up  all the front  ground and a lawn at the back. There is one allotment near but Archie said he had one there once and the rabbits ate most of the stuff.

I enjoy reading daily, too. At the current time, I'm engrossed in a book titled "Navy Wife" by Debbie Macomber. I am thankful for the much-needed rain, but it sure makes a mess of the yard. A batch of Ciel's biscuits baking in the oven would certainly make the house smell warm and welcoming. Enjoy your day, and stay dry.

Perhaps your critters have gone south for the winter, or maybe there are walnuts and acorns dropping somewhere. Your furry friends may come back when spring comes.

Goldiec.....(

......It is good to see you write when you do.   It seems that bloggers (including myself) are not writing as often these days.  I think my reason is that I am getting old.  I just can't seem to make myself do it.  Not only Blogit, but other writing places also.  Keep up the good work.
