I lightly coat my chicken pieces in seasoned flour and then saute the chicken in an olive oil and butter blend until golden brown. I remove the chicken from the pan once it's golden brown. I then add chicken broth, lemon juice, zest, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, and rosemary to the pan and scrape up the brown bits. Once the sauce reduces by half, I return the chicken to the pan and then serve.
