I replaced my desktop computer in June after having it for eleven years. Reboots, updates, defrags, cleaning and clearing files, deleting cookies, junk, and eliminating other accumulated files were no longer an option to keep it running. My old computer finally gave me the "blue screen of death" after a reboot. The time had come for Windows 11, whether I liked it or not. Thankfully, I found a deal at Best Buy for only $299.00, which came with a modem, keyboard, and mouse. I wanted to keep my small television-sized monitor, which cost more than the new computer. Hopefully, this one will last me another decade.

I have a desktop computer at home that is 15 years old. I guess that is older in computer years than most people.
The dog story reminded me of my dad trying to get our Doberman into the Nissan Pathfinder. The Doberman hated cars. Watching Dad trying to get a big dog that turned itself into a bag of sand was comical.

We're never too old to learn. We may forget it because it's new and short-term memory is a bit iffy but thank heavens we have someone to ask if we tried re-booting. Have a great day.
