I suppose one could just boil blue berries . We have loads of greengage plums this year as a rule we have a about 2lbs . this year I think there must be 100 lbs. probably due to the mild weather.😊

I just loved it back when my mother was the cook. She was a really good one and made many things that no one else ever did. One of her favorite ones that I really loved was Caramel Dumplings. I've always wondered why no eating-out places ever have those on the menu.
