Go to Life in the fast lane--where's the on ramp?

- Go to Not tonight. I have a headache.
Three years ago, my first husband died, and I can mourn for him gently because my mind has taken me back to the early years of our marriage, when we struggled along to make a living, and the babies were born.

I have to agree with Goldiec. You do seem to have a way of looking at the positive in an otherwise negative situation. I believe I take the same fussbudget pill as you. It can be a pain when you wake up hungry. Enjoy your day.

Re: Goldiec
If the squirrels are forever chasing each other, that's a sign they're probably a couple. You could name them Romeo and Juliet until and unless it turns out they're only buddies.

Good Morning
Pat, you have a good way of looking at life. I've been trying to find names for my squirrels in the neighborhood. I love your backyard squirrels, and I think mine need names. They are forever chasing each other through the yard and up the trees. We've had a cat stopping by lately. The cat seems well cared for, and I think the cat is curious about our yard. We have a group of deer that hang out in the backwoods, but Sadie has chased them a couple of times. The. Bugs are terrible back in the woods, so we don't go back there often. We have to put on bug spray. They are saying the ticks are bad this year. I wonder if it's because of the heat.
