My first job was as a server behind the counter at a soda fountain when I was going on 16 years old, a summer job. I learned then that some people simply have no appreciation for the service they receive. One of these days when the shoe is on the other foot and you're the one to whom something is delivered, you'll be the one they like the most of all.
