I used to eat them in Greece; they were delicious! but there was too much olive oil.

Sherri.....
......I never heard of a ten foot tall artichoke. My Dad used to grow a lot of okra. Those plants were pretty tall and we ate a lot of fried okra. Dad was good at making them crispy.

My mom used to have a way with artichokes, but I don't remember ever preparing them for my own kids. I'll try one if I see it on a salad bar.
