We all learn at our own pace, as you say, and also through our own ways of processing information. Your teaching will reach those who need to see how things are done as well as those who learn best by reading or by listening.

Good Morning

I wish you the very best.  I hope you are staying cool during this hot spell.  They keep telling everyone here to stay hydrated.  I'm sitting here drinking water and hoping for the best.  It is cool inside our house, thank goodness.

Good for you and when it is up and running I may join if I have the time. I think when I first retired, people were shocked that we all bought or borrowed a computer and with a few tips , a lesson or two we were off and running. However, as we have aged, computers have changed so much I for one and left behind and learning is difficult.

Well said. You put your finger on it! As a tech-phobic senior I do sometimes call on my kids to clue me in on how to do tasks on the computer. I absolutely refuse to own a cell phone, and a year ago threw mine at the wall and cancelled my contract. I certainly do not have the patience of Job.
