Hi' I was hit with tragedy last week, my brother who was 15 years younger and spent 23 hours a day with me although owning his own house. He died suddenly last week.
I will come back as soon as I can come to terms with the shock. Sorry I am crying as I write this. My SIL's funeral was about ten days ago we were very close and sadly she could not cry when she lost my other brother. Take care.

I accidentally made rhubarb jam this week. But I have made toffees in the past, forgetting the mulling cider on the stove all afternoon! That was pretty good candy!

Good Evening
I hope all is okay and you can still get around. We've had a rainy season here, but it's heating up. Today was hot, and the air conditioning in my car broke, so it went into the shop tonight. I'm hoping they can fix it soon. Next week our temps will be in the high 90s. That is just not acceptable to me. Thank goodness we have air conditioning. I'm hoping you get rain soon. I know how much you need it.

poor darling, you and your brother are amazing how well you manage actually. I am sorry you are hurting now though.falls are not just physically damaging as we get old but emotionally as well. Jim had another tumble a couple of days ago and I had to get the wonderful fir men to come and get him up.off the floor. Then I was able to fix the places that were bleeding.
