There was just me and my big sister who is at times a pain in my rear... but she is all I have the only one who knows; was a child with me. There was a time I made a choice, accept her as she is or walk away. I am glad I accepted her as she is. Life has been much more fun and richer with her in it. We write every week.

.....Two of my sons are very loving and helpful, the other two were until they died. They also were with their Dad until he died as a result of a CVA. I have no complaints about the men in my life. I really loved my Daddy too.

So glad you have a sister who cares enough to visit you. All I know is you write beautifully. And the fact that you genuinely share your experiences with us all is priceless. As we can only hope to see 88.

Our world changes too fast, in my opinion. Writing on paper has become a lost art. 
As for skin lotion...I apply lotion daily to my neck, arms, legs, and under my eyes. My preferences are Jergens or Vaseline Intensive Care body lotion, but I have used Neutrogena, Meaningful Beauty, and CeraVe. I'm sure you look beautiful as you are. Enjoy your visit.

A little warmth and the the prunes plump up Well it needs a drop of liquid as well. It is good that you are still friends after all this time. Sadly many families seem to drift apart.
I was talking to a woman she is a few years younger than me. She had four children and they never visit her. One wonders whatever goes through their minds. 🌺
