I like rice pudding. I start it  on the stove top but finish it off baking in the oven with some custard on top. Raisins, of course, and whipped cream when in the mood. Sinfully delicious!

When one is moody it is best to have something that one doesn’t like. Cheers. 🥃

Chiff, Chaff....

These days I only cook for myself, so I cook the way I want to and don't pay any attention to instructions on how to prepare.   My ways usually turn out edible and if they don't  I don't worry about it.   Sis lives next door and cooks a lot following instructions to a tee and she loves to share with me.

Waste not, want not. It's good that you made a hot meal out of something that would have otherwise been tossed. My mother used to make rice pudding when I was a kid. I like rice, but not with sugar in it. Spanish rice and Chinese fried rice are my two favorite ways to eat it.

Good Evening

I love rice pudding, and I'm sure it turned out good.  I'm always going through my pantry, trying to make sure nothing is expired.  I hope you have a good week.  I was thinking of you the other day when I was making a cup of tea.

You just reminded me it's time to make use of a new little cooker my son gave me for Mother's Day. It's called a Rice Robot, automatically cooks rice just right and then keeps it warm without overcooking. Also good to make mac & cheese. I hope you enjoy the rice pudding.

Actually if you like rice pudding {which I don't} it was probably very tasty.
