Dose anyone know what Fritz is? it is English cold meat, and it can be bought in Australia. it is a bland compared to European processed meats but having grown up eating it some times, especially with home made tomato sauce, it was always welcome.

Can’t do that either. You reminded me of when we were little and we were sent to summer camp in the redwoods for two weeks. They served this for lunch. I had never seen or heard of it before. For me it was a yucky shock. One thing worse is mortadella!

Good Afternoon

This post made me smile because we love fried bologna sandwiches.  I wonder if it's a Cleveland thing?  I have no idea.  We don't eat it often, but we do eat it.  There's a restaurant here in town that makes the best bologna sandwiches.
