Sounds and reads to me like you really need a couple of weeks break with your wife away from all work. That is what Holidays are for. To recharge really tired batteries. Now though, I am over 80 and have a sick, really sick husband to care for, I just cannot do much for myself . All energy basically is focused on Jim. I am tired we are both tired.

It is hard to complete goals when there is a lack of interest or motivation. A break from it all is sometimes necessary, and watching shows together is a great way to bond and converse about those goals. My get-up-and-go got up and went during two weeks of rainy days. The sun has given me the inspiration I needed to get back out in the yard. Enjoy your day. Regular smile

Mike.....

.....I see you are a singer.  Singing helps me get focused and motivated.  I know lots and lots of songs, hymns etc. from memory.   When I just can't seem to get going, and doing, I sit down in my comfy chair overlooking the trees and garden and sing the alphabet through....such as "Amazing Grace" for letter A.   It doesn't have to be a hymn, but I like them.  By the time I get through "Z" I am relaxed and ready to focus and do what needs doing.
