Re: Pat

We have got machines, but the ground was so dry it made it hard work.  Runner beans are the fave here in summer, but they need a lot of water. 🌷

Should  read “must have” not “must gave.”

You must gave a large and lively yard. The strawberries sound promising and delicious.

I see plenty of strawberry desserts and preserves in your future. I'm crossing my fingers that you receive the rain you need for production. ⛈Girl hug

The best strawberries I have eaten were all in England. Yum. Big huge juicy and ripe and sweet. And mostly they were strawberries bought from a stall outside someone's house. Delicious.

Good Afternoon

I'm so glad that you got rain.  That is a true blessing for you!  We have another chilly day with no sign of sunshine.  Tomorrow is supposed to be even cooler than today.  Enjoy your week!

Sounds like your summer will be busy-- I just have to pay attention to watering a few pots on the deck!

I remember when my mother set up 3-legged tipi structures for green bean vines to climb on.  Lots of work digging up the garden with a shovel. I hope you and your brother don't make yourselves lame from all that hard work.
