Re: TAPS,....Anib...
If it were me, I think I would rather not know......I'm not too fond of snakes. I was chased once by a blue racer that turned off after it passed me. Scared me to death.

TAPS,
Once in Poona, in Maharashtra state, I visited Osho’s Aashram, secluded in the woods, it offered me a kind of privacy I had hardly known. It was so serene soothing that I lost count of time, probably also my consciousness, and woke up only after hours, and to realize that a snake lair lay just behind where I laid off. I ran from the place with a heaving heart although the place around was thinly crowded. Then I realized how could I have been in repose if really there were snakes? Or, probably, there weren’t? Was a strange experience.

.....My Dear Sister Barbara who died too young requested that her ashes be sprinkled in the beautiful forests of the Ozarks of Missouri, so six of us made that pilgrimage after the main funeral to carry out her wishes. It was quite touching.

It's been too long since I've trod a forest trail and felt like one with nature. I begin to loathe concrete.

I love walking on a trail just about every day. I love seeing nature in action.

I enjoy wandering through the woods, too. There is something surreal about being smack dab in the middle of nature with no other humans, buildings, cars, or any other distractions. 🌳🌳
