Even though a van would provide a place for you to lay your head at night, I'm not so sure it would be great when it comes to filling her up at the pump, or being economical when making DD runs.

Don't let go of the small Van idea altogether just yet love. One day the tariffs. are on,next week they are postponed.

I used to swim in Mill Creek, a mile hike through the valley to the wide spot where the water was deep enough. The creek was fed by glaciers in the upper Cascades, and the water was only about 55 degrees even in August. Step in slowly and adapt, to avoid shocking your body. There were stumps in the pasture on the way there, left from logging operations from the 1890's - 1920's. Some of these big flat stumps had blackberry vines climbing on them. When the berries ripened in June, we picked & sold them to Mrs. McDaniels at the general store - made money to buy school clothes...
