Go to Life in the fast lane--where's the on ramp?

- Go to TUESDAY, PENDING POSSIBLE CHANGES
Good Morning
Pat, I look forward to following your adventures if you do decide to move. I've been decluttering this year, and although it's hard, I feel like I've accomplished a great deal along the way. I just saw a plan for decluttering, and I was telling my daughter about it. They call it the 90/90 plan. If you pick up something and have not used it in 90 days, you are supposed to think about it and decide if you will use it in the next 90 days. If not, it has to go. I thought this was an interesting plan.

Another thought....If the yard sale doesn't sell everything, offer an extra couple of days with everything left for free. We have got rid of a lot of dated stuff that way.

Actually you may find a place as nice as our Taps appears to have found, and be content there. I would find this lovely home I am really happy in, way too big with out Jim and that cat!

Sounds like a great plan. Those stairs are something you won’t miss.

My elder sister moved from her beloved house in Estes Park down to a very nice senior community in Boulder, and she is very happy with the change. Once your move is made, it will be a relief, I suspect.

Steps are hard on the body, especially with unexpected falls. I have moved too many times to count. It is nice when you finally make your last move. I would like my last one to be back home in Delaware, but we will see. Some changes are scary, but some are fun. Getting rid of old clutter could rake in a few bucks. I wish you all the best during your transition.

Pat.....
Nearly every day one or the other of my two sons tell me how glad they are that I moved here. Even though it is not a care center and one has to be able to take care of themselves, it is focused on safety features and needs of residents. The horrors of moving and getting rid of excess was worth the effort.
